Senior Legal Counsel
to join their expanding legal team.

The Role:

The
Senior Legal Counsel
will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal support to the Group's global operations. The successful candidate will oversee complex legal projects, ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and provide expert advice on commercial and operational matters within the fast-moving financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support assigned legal and corporate projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of contracts and legal documentation.
  • Provide legal advice on regulatory, commercial, IP, data protection, employment, and operational issues.
  • Manage and coordinate licensing projects and regulatory submissions in various jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and service providers as required.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and legal proceedings.
  • Support PSP/banking/finance teams with agreements, KYC, and compliance matters.
  • Handle domain and brand protection issues, including reporting and removal of fraudulent websites.
  • Maintain corporate records, certifications, and legal documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal legal processes and controls.

Candidate Profile:

  • Law Degree
    from a recognized university (Master's degree will be considered an advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
    , preferably within the
    financial services or brokerage sector
    .
  • CySEC qualification or similar regulatory certification will be considered a plus.
  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory support.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal); additional languages will be an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen.
