The Role:

As a Project Manager within the PMO, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of business-critical projects aligned with the company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver small, medium, and large-scale projects on time, within scope, and on budget. 

Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, you will support the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to ensure that even complex, high-impact projects are delivered effectively and contribute to overall business success. 

How You Can Make a Difference:

  • Project Planning & Delivery
    • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
    • Coordinate project activities to ensure adherence to deadlines, governance frameworks, and reporting requirements.
    • Track project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and proactively adjust scope, schedules, or resources to maintain delivery momentum.
    • Evaluate options, analyse data, and make informed recommendations to support effective project decision-making.
    • Perform ongoing quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet company standards and align with business objectives.
    Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
    • Act as a central point of contact across multiple departments, ensuring cohesive coordination and collaboration.
    • Maintain clear, consistent communication with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and OKRs.
    • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams, governance meetings, and internal updates.
    • Foster strong relationships and promote excellent customer service in all stakeholder interactions, ensuring transparency and trust.
    Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead, motivate, and guide project team members to uphold accountability, high performance, and shared ownership of goals.
    • Support cross-functional teams by facilitating discussions, removing blockers, and maintaining productive collaboration.
    • Organize and contribute to project and team meetings; capture and distribute minutes, actions, and follow-up tasks.
    PMO Operations & Governance
    • Ensure projects follow PMO governance frameworks, quality assurance standards, and reporting expectations.
    Manage and maintain accurate project documentation across all phases, ensuring completeness for audits and internal reviews.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar project coordination, project management, or PMO role.
  • PRINCE2 qualification required,
  • PMP qualification an advantage
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
