Our Ideal CandidateExperience & Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
• Experience in entering and developing new markets
• Goal-oriented mindset with perseverance, while maintaining business etiquette
• Strong analytical skills—ability to process and structure large volumes of information
• Adaptability and the ability to find the right approach in diverse situations

Language Requirements:

• Required:
   English (B2+)
• Preferred:
   Knowledge of Russian or/and Ukrainian

Residency & Work Permit:

• Preferred:
   Based in Cyprus, but open to candidates from other countries
• If in Cyprus:
   Must have a valid work permit

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Relations:
   Establish and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers. Negotiate exclusivity agreements, reduce procurement costs, optimise delivery costs and speed, and secure favourable payment terms.
• Product Procurement:
   Analyse consumer behaviour to form purchase orders that include high-demand, trending, and high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Market Analysis:
   Research industry trends, analyse competitors, and understand consumer preferences to make informed procurement decisions.
• Procurement Planning:
   Define the store's product needs and develop purchasing strategies based on sales performance and demand forecasting.
• Quality Control:
   Evaluate shoe samples to ensure they meet standards for quality, comfort, and aesthetics.
• Inventory Management:
   Monitor stock levels, analyse shipments, and adjust orders to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Documentation & Reporting:
   Maintain accurate records of all purchases and prepare necessary reports for accounting and financial analysis.
• Market Monitoring:
   Stay updated on price fluctuations, new products, and emerging technologies in the barefoot shoe industry.
• Sales Performance Analysis:
   Assess the success of procurement decisions based on sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
