Your Role in Our Mission
As
Product Manager – CRM
, you will lead the end-to-end design, development, and optimisation of our CRM platform, built from the ground up to meet the needs of a fast-scaling global brokerage. You will collaborate across functions to ensure the CRM seamlessly integrates with trading platforms, marketing tools, and analytics systems—empowering our teams to deliver exceptional partner and client experiences. Your ability to turn complex business needs into actionable technical solutions will directly drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

How You'll Make An Impact
CRM Vision & Strategy

  • Define and own the CRM product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and operational objectives.
  • Build a scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM system from scratch, tailored to our business model.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Gathering

  • Engage with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to gather requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Execution & Delivery

  • Partner with engineering, UX/UI design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Refine and prioritise the product backlog for maximum impact.

Integration & Optimisation

  • Ensure seamless integration with trading platforms, marketing automation tools, payment systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics and leverage data insights to continuously improve CRM functionality.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role (Fintech/CFD/FX industry experience preferred).
  • Proven expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom-built platforms).
  • Strong Agile/Scrum project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting.
