Spotware Systems is looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in the trading industry to lead our Desktop and MAC Teams. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle and be responsible for developing and optimizing algorithm-driven features that enhance user experience and performance on our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap, improve system efficiency, and drive product excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product vision, goals, and roadmap focused on user journey optimization and growth.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer insights.
  • Map and improve the end-to-end customer journey to reduce friction points.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to validate hypotheses and improve funnel performance.
  • Define KPIs and tracking performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Act as a bridge between Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other teams to align efforts and deliver impactful features.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management within the trading industry.
  • Solid understanding of trading systems, automated strategy development, backtesting, and execution algorithms.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, data analysis, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with algo trading will be a plus.
  • You use AI not just occasionally, but as a core part of how you think, work, and deliver results. Being AI-augmented is part of what makes you a top performer.
