About the Role

Arknoah's Holdings Ltd, a company active in the real estate and property management sector, is seeking to recruit a Junior Lawyer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our legal and administrative team.

The role involves a variety of legal and administrative responsibilities related to the company's real estate activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing various types of contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions.

• Handling bank account administration and related legal documentation.

• Providing administrative support for property management matters, including tenants and lease agreements.

• Liaising with government departments, public authorities, and other stakeholders on relevant legal and compliance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
