Junior Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking a Junior Litigation Lawyer
 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing support in various litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas of law and work closely with senior lawyers on complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before District and Supreme Courts in civil and criminal cases
• Draft pleadings, applications, opinions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development
• Review and negotiate contracts and legal agreements
• Support senior lawyers in corporate, property, and family law matters
• Assist with immigration, regulatory, and compliance procedures

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Admission to the 
  Cyprus Bar Association
• Newly qualified lawyers
   or those with up to 
  1 year of post-qualification experience
   in litigation are encouraged to apply
• Solid understanding of 
  litigation procedures and court rules
• Experience in court appearances
   and client representation before various courts
• Proficiency in drafting 
  pleadings, legal documents, and court submissions
• Strong legal research
   and 
  analytical
   skills
• Familiarity with the 
  Cyprus i-Justice system
   and electronic court filing processes
• Excellent command of 
  Greek and English
  , both written and spoke

Additional Qualifications (Considered an Advantage):

• LLM
  , 
  Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC)
  , or 
  Legal Practice Course (LPC)
