Responsibilities:

  • Conduct multi-jurisdictional gap analyses (e.g., MGA, UKGC, Ontario, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, LATAM) to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance company-wide compliance policies (Marketing, AML, Safer Gambling) across B2B and B2C operations.
  • Collaborate with SG/AML and marketing teams to translate policies into effective operational procedures.
  • Provide expert compliance guidance and oversight to ensure adherence to licensing obligations.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact.
  • Support market expansion by preparing compliance documentation and frameworks.
  • Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring accuracy and sound judgment.
  • Assist with external audits and regulatory assessments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in gaming compliance, policy, or regulatory governance (operator or regulator).
  • Strong knowledge of multiple jurisdictions (min. three of MGA, UK, Ontario, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, Spain).
  • Proven ability to conduct regulatory analyses and draft practical, risk-based policies.
  • Senior-level experience developing and implementing policies in Marketing, AML, and Safer Gambling.
  • Independent, accountable, and detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • High integrity and professional judgment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C gaming operations.
  • Legal, compliance, or risk qualifications (e.g., ICA, ACAMS, law degree).
  • Experience managing compliance projects during licence applications.
