Project: 
High-load in-house platform handling multiple third-party integrations, data collection, and comprehensive reporting systems. The system processes large volumes of real-time data and requires high availability with performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and own the company's security strategy and roadmap
  • Integrate security into product design and development across architecture, SDLC, and releases
  • Manage the security function, define the team structure and processes, and grow a capable security team as the company scales
  • Set and enforce security policies, standards, and governance
  • Lead risk management and ensure risks are properly assessed and mitigated
  • Oversee security operations: monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, and coordinate audits and remediation
  • Manage security reviews for new features, integrations, vendors, and infrastructure
  • Build security awareness across engineering and product teams
  • Report security posture, major risks, and priorities to the CTO

Requirements

  • Experience leading or owning security programs (Head, Senior Security Lead, Security Manager)
  • Strong understanding of security strategy, governance, and risk management
  • Hands-on knowledge of incident response, SOC workflows, vulnerability management
  • Proven experience with ISO 27001, audit preparation and remediation
  • Solid understanding of cloud security (preferably AWS) and secure system design
  • Ability to align security with business needs and enable delivery
  • Strong communication skills; ability to influence engineering and product teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SIEM/SOAR, threat intelligence
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD security
  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or regulated industries
  • Knowledge of data protection (GDPR)
