Youll be the one person who sees the full picture, connects the dots, and ensures speed, alignment, and execution across all teams.

What You'll Own

- Full-cycle project execution across the marketing stackfrom strategy to rollout.

- Cross-functional coordination between design, dev, content, paid media, execs, and team members.

- Team accountability: making sure everyone knows what they owe, by whenand what happens if they miss.

- Task and workflow management: setting up the right tools, dashboards, and tracking to keep everything tight.

- Speed without chaos: delivering fast without compromising on clarity, quality, or outcomes.

- Priority control: making sure the most important things get done first, and nothing gets left behind.
