This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in structured environments, excels at managing details, and ensures that projects are executed efficiently and on time.The Marketing Project Manager willcollaborate closely with Regional Marketing Managersacross UK & Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas, as well ascross-functional partnersin product, sales, design, events, and demand generation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating clarity and stability in fast-paced environments.What You Will Be Doing:Events & Webinars SupportCoordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including page setup, calendar invites, assets, registrations, and follow-upsManage contract signature processes in collaboration with the Legal teamResearch, order, and track delivery of branded merchandise, print materials, and giveaways, maintaining clear communication with suppliersSet up webinars on Sequel, including pre-event details such as design assets and WordPress integrationAdministration & OperationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date task tracking in ClickUp, ensuring visibility of progress across all projectsServe as a liaison with internal stakeholders across departments and seniority levels in a professional and collaborative mannerOversee invoice processing, supplier communications, and internal approval workflowsManage shared folders, documentation, and reporting tools to keep information organised and accessibleDemand Generation Team SupportAssist the Demand Generation team in preparing weekly updates and compiling progress reportsSupport workflow improvements to help the Demand Generation team operate efficientlyGeneral Team Support & CommunicationParticipate in regular meetings, providing updates on assigned projects and ensuring follow-ups are completedRemain responsive and proactive across communication channels (Slack, email, etc.)Identify potential blockers early and work to resolve issues before they escalateFoster a sense of structure, control, and reliability in fast-moving situationsAbout You:Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines and responding to requestsStrong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsComfortable using and learning new digital tools (ClickUp, Sequel, Slack, Superset/Tableau, etc.)Independent, proactive, and able to deliver results without close supervisionFluent in English; additional languages are an advantageWill Be A Plus:Previous experience supporting a B2B marketing or events teamFamiliarity with SaaS industriesHands-on experience with project management platforms such as ClickUpDirect involvement in organising webinars and in-person eventsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and bonus programs.Fully remote and flexible working schedule, with access to a coworking space (in some locations).Working with a product that matters.
