Role Overview

EVEST is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer who
will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing dynamic visual content that brings ideas to life through animation and motion design and will collaborate with our Creative Manager to create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media, presentations, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for videos, product demos, ads, social media, and internal projects.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, marketers, product managers, and copywriters to develop and execute visual concepts.
  • Translate complex messages into visually appealing motion videos.
  • Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content with strong attention to timing, rhythm, and design aesthetics.
  • Implement sound design, transitions, and visual effects to enhance motion content.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while exploring innovative animation styles and techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines and high-quality standards.
  • Organize project files, templates, and libraries for cross-functional use.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Motion Graphics or other relevant field.
  • 2+ years in motion graphics, with a portfolio showing high impact work across formats and industries.
  • Experience working within fintech, finance, or tech industries will be considered a plus.
  • Clear storytelling, advanced animation techniques, good taste in visual hierarchy, and an understanding of timing.
  • Software Proficiency: After Effects (expressions & plugins like Red Giant), Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (for handoff), Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or Blender (for 3D), and Audition (for audio polish).
  • Ability to conceptualize, visualize, and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
