3CX is looking for an experienced
Digital Designer

to join our marketing team. You'll create engaging visuals that represent our brand across digital channels - from ad campaigns and product mock-ups to web and video assets.

Responsibilities

  • Design ad creatives for social media and Google campaigns.
  • Prepare and optimize website images for use in our WordPress Avada theme.
  • Create visuals and design mock-ups for our web client, portal and other product interfaces.
  • Produce short promotional videos or edit existing footage when needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Ensure all visuals are of high quality, on-brand and delivered without constant supervision.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
  • Ability to produce clean, web-ready graphics and understand image sizing/optimization for WordPress.
  • Good eye for layout, typography and detail.
  • Familiarity with creating product mock-ups and UI visuals.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to
    manage multiple design requests independently

  • Experience with Avada or similar WordPress builders.
  • Understanding of B2B software or tech products.
  • Motion graphics or animation skills.
