We are seeking a User Interface (UI) Designer with proven experience in digital marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually consistent interfaces across our digital platforms, while also supporting the marketing team with creative assets that drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital

applications.

  • Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and align with best practices in usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into

effective UI solutions.

  • Develop and adapt creative materials for digital marketing campaigns, including social media

content, newsletters, display ads, and promotional graphics.

  • Create visual assets optimized for performance in online campaigns (paid ads, A/B testing, lead

generation funnels).

  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (social, email,

web, paid media).

  • Contribute to content strategy by recommending design approaches that maximize user

engagement.

  • Monitor design performance in campaigns and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in both UI design and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile interface designs.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing design (social media, paid ads, email campaigns,

web assets).

  • Strong proficiency in design tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and digital branding.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Commitment to delivering the highest quality with attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing practices (basic SEO, campaign performance metrics, A/B

testing).

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Skills in motion graphics or video editing.
