IRONFX
is seeking a
Finance Operation Lead
to drive excellence across our Accounts Payable function and ensure seamless financial operations. This full-time position is based in
Limassol
and offers the opportunity to lead, innovate, and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the accounts payable (AP) process end-to-end, including invoice processing, approvals, and execution of payments.
  • Lead and support the AP team in daily operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • Oversee preparation and execution of outgoing payments to vendors, service providers, and related parties.
  • Ensure timely bank reconciliations and alignment with financial reporting standards.
  • Maintain accurate recording and reconciliation of AP transactions in the general ledger.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and banks to resolve payment and invoicing issues.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with accurate AP data and reconciliations.
  • Assist in audits (internal and external) by preparing required AP documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
  • Implement the Internal Regulations and procedures of the company.
  • Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • University degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the Financial, Banking, or FX industry is an advantage
  • IT literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP accounting software is an advantage
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to lead a team
  • High attention to detail and quality of work
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
