We are looking for an experienced Finance Lead with a strong understanding of Cyprus financial and tax legislation to oversee the company's financial strategy, reporting, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine technical accounting expertise with strategic financial leadership, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term business planning.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Manage financial and management accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Cypriot and international standards
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet for management and board reporting
  • Oversee audit processes and maintain effective communication with external auditors
  • Drive automation and implementation of financial reporting systems to enhance efficiency and transparency
  • Manage tax planning, structuring, and transfer pricing in alignment with corporate goals and local regulations
  • Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to support business growth
  • Lead some of our financial departments.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in Cyprus-based or international companies
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus accounting, tax, and regulatory frameworks
  • Expertise in audit coordination, financial reporting systems, and automation tools
  • Solid understanding of management accounting, tax planning, and transfer pricing
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to present financial insights to the Board
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in Russian and English
