Responsibilities
Execute client orders in line with company policies, trading standards, and CySEC regulationsMonitor trading operations and market risks; identify anomalies in pricing and order executionEnsure best execution monitoring and maintain accurate trade records for audits and compliancePrepare, validate, and submit EMIR and MiFIR regulatory reports on timeMonitor trading infrastructure performance and promptly escalate technical issuesWork with MT4/MT5 Manager/Admin, configure and support BridgeProvide operational support for trading platforms to internal teams and clientsParticipate in technical system updates and support financial software administrationConduct daily and monthly P&L analysis, providing insights to managementPerform market analysis (fundamental and technical) to support dealing operationsCollaborate with Compliance, Risk, and IT teams to ensure process accuracy and adherence to internal policies
Requirements
Proven experience in trading, dealing desk, or financial market operations is required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is a plusCySEC Advanced Certificate - required or readiness to obtain within the first months Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and execution models (STP / Market Maker)Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5, Bridge setupKnowledge of EMIR and MiFIR reporting processes and regulatory standardsAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting automation); SQL knowledge is a plusExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under time pressureStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional teamFluent English (Advanced/Proficient) - written and spoken
