Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven and personable Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and onboard fitness instructors to our platform. You'll be the face of the company to fitness professionals, understanding their needs and showing them how our app can elevate their client experience and simplify their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to fitness instructors through various channels (social media, email, phone, events).
  • Pitch the value proposition of our mobile app and demonstrate how it helps instructors grow and streamline their business.
  • Conduct onboarding and demos to guide new instructors through the setup process.
  • Maintain relationships with onboarded instructors to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvements.
  • Track and report on outreach and conversion metrics, providing regular insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales—preferably in a startup or tech environment.
  • Passion for fitness and familiarity with the challenges faced by independent instructors or small fitness studios.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with people 1-on-1.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in fitness or wellness (e.g., former instructor, fitness enthusiast).
  • Experience working with mobile platforms or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with social media outreach, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
