As a
Marketing Manager,
you will be involved in planning, executing, and measuring various marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data, and providing insights to drive marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments
  • Collaborate with business development and product to align marketing activities with overall business objectives
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations to ensure efficiency and seamless execution of processes
  • Lead selected marketing projects, including strategy progress reporting, ensuring objectives and KPIs are met
  • Oversee the production team, managing their workflows, backlog, and automation initiatives
  • Drive creative initiatives by generating and implementing fresh ideas to enhance marketing impact and elevate brand vision

Requirements

  • Organized and detail-oriented, while fostering creativity
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (or similar)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
