Responsibilities
:
- Supervising the production of advertising materials, including brochures, digital banners, etc.
- Coordination of PR events and interaction with media outlets.
- Placement of advertising campaigns on outdoor billboards and radio.
- Working closely with the SMM agency: planning, controlling, and supporting shooting processes.
- Managing the marketing budget, controlling expenses, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Communication with contractors: signing contracts, overseeing payments and invoices.
- Developing and assigning tasks to production teams (overseeing the production of advertising materials, brochures, and other promotional items).
Requirements
:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher;
- Ideally, experience in real estate and construction sectors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under multitasking conditions and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
