Responsibilities

:

  • Supervising the production of advertising materials, including brochures, digital banners, etc.
  • Coordination of PR events and interaction with media outlets.
  • Placement of advertising campaigns on outdoor billboards and radio.
  • Working closely with the SMM agency: planning, controlling, and supporting shooting processes.
  • Managing the marketing budget, controlling expenses, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Communication with contractors: signing contracts, overseeing payments and invoices.
  • Developing and assigning tasks to production teams (overseeing the production of advertising materials, brochures, and other promotional items).

Requirements

:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher;
  • Ideally, experience in real estate and construction sectors.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under multitasking conditions and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
