Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Limassol. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients, providing customer service, handling sales transactions, and managing real estate inquiries. Daily tasks include meeting potential buyers, advising clients on property investments, conducting property viewings, and closing sales.

Qualifications

  • Consulting and advising skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the real estate sector
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial (Greek; Russian; Hebrew; Arabic)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
