Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Limassol. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing customer service, handling communication between the team and managing real estate inquiries. The role involves uploading and updating property listings, approving photos, and assigning leads to agents. It also includes greeting clients, managing office supplies and documents, assisting the Sales and Marketing team, maintaining organized filing systems, implementing office policies, scheduling meetings and events, and supporting the Management with daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Consulting and advising skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial (Greek; Hebrew; Arabic, Russian)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
