About the Role
We're looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead one of our rapidly growing grocery delivery locations in Cyprus. This role sits at the heart of our local operations, ensuring our stores run smoothly, efficiently, and with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. You'll have the freedom to shape the store's operations, develop your team, and help define what the future of convenience shopping looks like.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store associates and 2–4 shift leads.
  • Ensure the store runs efficiently day-to-day — from inventory and freshness checks to stock management.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance development, including regular feedback and biannual reviews.
  • Collaborate with operations and other internal teams to improve processes and optimize product selection.
  • Manage schedules, monitor shrink levels, and minimize food waste.
  • Handle incoming goods, equipment, and store essentials — from tech devices to refrigeration units.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy work culture and organize team-building events.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Background in grocery or retail operations is a plus.
  • Quick learner with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.
Salary:  €26,000 gross per year
