On behalf of our client, a respected and rapidly growing communications agency in Cyprus, we are seeking a talented and driven
Account Manager
to join their dynamic team.

The
Account Manager
will play a key role in managing client relationships, developing and executing communication strategies, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality campaigns. This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management.
  • Develop and implement integrated communication and PR strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Manage day-to-day client activities, including media relations, event coordination, and campaign execution.
  • Draft press materials, content, and presentations for various communication channels (media, social, internal, digital).
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and prepare client reports.
  • Proactively identify communication opportunities, trends, and issues relevant to clients.
  • Support new business development through research, proposals, and pitches.
  • Mentor and support junior team members where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a communication agency or similar client-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, PR strategy, and digital communication.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Greek and English (required).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
