Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Manager role based in Nicosia. The Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage journal entries, and maintain fixed asset records. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, facilitating audits, analyzing financial data for decision-making, and managing accounting processes. The role requires strong leadership and organization skills to guide and mentor the accounting team while delivering accurate and timely financial insights.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in managing a team of 10 accountants
  • Expertise in Journal Entries and general accounting practices with local and international clients
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Professional accounting certifications such as ACCA or ACA (considered an advantage)
  • Prior experience in a managerial accounting role
  • Familiarity with ESoft accounting software

(considered an advantage)

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
