At NetU we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That's why we're looking for a Sales Account Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and brings a strong track record of success in sales, to join our growing and successful team. As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our existing customers whilst bringing on new customers who can benefit from our products.

Having the full responsibility of the Account Management Cycle, the main duties will be to:

  • Establish new as well as maintain and grow existing relationships with organizations for identifying prospects, generate new leads, building relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Work with the company's presales and sales teams in reviewing and evaluating the prospect's needs to conclude on the proper solution and proceed with a proposal submission
  • Prepare and submit solution proposals including delivering sales pitch to prospective clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through account management activities and generation of new opportunities
  • Develop and conduct demos of solutions/product functionality
  • Represent the company in regional events/conferences to promote solutions
  • Work closely with other account managers / sales team to deliver high standards of customer service

Qualifications

  • University / College degree in Business Administration / IT or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT (Software) related sales position is required
  • Practical understanding of software commercial processes
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience with ERP / CRM software will be considered an advantage
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS platforms and cloud platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills of both English and Greek languages, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easily understandable for non-technical stakeholders
