We are looking for a talented
IT Project Manager
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, and delivering complex IT solutions on time and within budget. You will be the bridge between business needs and technical teams, driving alignment, accountability, and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through execution and delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and manage changes to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Ensure projects are delivered with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and business value
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—technical and non-technical
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of accountability and agility

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within enterprise environments
  • Proven track record of delivering software development projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay current with IT trends and practices
