Junior IT Product Manager

As a Junior IT Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and continuous improvement of our IT products. Working closely with visionaries, end-users, and cross-functional teams, you will help transform ideas into actionable solutions, ensuring every product aligns with our mission, creates value, and evolves through research-driven and innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Product Initiation & Alignment

• Support the launch of new IT products by consulting with stakeholders and aligning objectives with company strategy.
• Help define product vision, goals, and requirements in collaboration with visionaries and users.

Requirements & Design

• Document product features, functions, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in translating requirements into Illustrative user-friendly flows and wireframes (Figma).

Implementation & Improvements

• Assist in planning and executing accurate product launches,
• Help monitor performance improvement, gather feedback, and evolving features from beta to better.
• Support integration, automation, and AI feature exploration across IT products.
• Administration and documentation of IT Projects according to framework

Analysis & Documentation

• Assess feature impact using data-driven insights and maintain an evolving product roadmap.
• Investigate and resolve user bottlenecks with clear documentation.
• Ensure all projects follow internal frameworks and reporting standards.

Qualifications

You are a successful candidate when you have 0–2 years of experience in IT product management or related roles, with a focus on project management, project execution, software and IT products, and cross-functional collaboration. You also demonstrate strong analytical skills, above-average interpersonal skills, and hands-on experience in conducting market research and gathering user feedback

• Min. College Degree, Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Ability to learn in-depth project management to illustrate and work out the project details, features and functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven stakeholder management ability.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and ability to design intuitive user flows.
• Basic understanding in tools such as Figma, project management platforms, and collaboration software is an advantage.

Preferred qualifications:

• Willing to work out ideas, functions and demands for IT projects
• Basic knowledge of integrating AI features and working with automation frameworks
