• Engage with candidates in Dutch, building positive relationships through effective communication.
• Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for roles.
• Collaborate with experienced recruiters to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance your understanding of recruitment practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to candidates and clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• No prior recruitment experience is required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
• A genuine interest in recruitment and helping others find their ideal roles.
• Familiarity with social media and online platforms for candidate sourcing is a plus.
• Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
