We are looking for a dynamic and multilingual individual to join our team as an English-French-Italian-Swedish-Dutch-speaking Retention Agent. Key Responsibilities for Multilingual Retention Agents

  • Develop and execute customised retention strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our multilingual client base.
  • Engage proactively with clients through various communication mediums, capturing feedback and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to offer a unified client experience.
  • Analyse client feedback and trends to provide insights and recommend improvements to retention strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep clients informed and interested.

Requirements for the Multilingual Retention Agent Role
  • Proven track record in customer service, account management, or a similar role; experience in the financial services industry is preferred.

  • Fluency in English, French, Italian, Swedish, and Dutch (both written and spoken).
