What you'll be doing:

Running the office like your own mini-empire

Being the go-to person for… well, everything

Coordinating people, processes, suppliers and surprises

Keeping our space organised, welcoming and buzzing

Supporting Operations with admin that actually matters

Helping new joiners feel right at home

Adding your magic to office events and team moments

Key Responsibilities Include:

– Overseeing daily office operations and supplies

– Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors

– Supporting HR and Operations with administrative tasks

– Managing office budgets, payments and basic procurement

– Ensuring compliance with internal processes and office policies

– Assisting with onboarding and general employee support

– Organising office events, meetings and logistics
