• The Opportunity

Join our global Client Services team, leveraging advanced technology to deliver and manage financial data for clients across nine locations. As the key interface between clients and our platform, you'll help monitor over 60,000 daily data feeds, resolve exceptions, and adapt to evolving priorities. Our team builds strong client relationships, conducts regular service reviews, and identifies new opportunities for value creation.

As a member of our team you'll play a vital role in supporting our EDM-as-a-Service solution. Collaborating with colleagues worldwide, you'll ensure high-quality daily service, optimize data flows, and maintain rigorous data standards. Your responsibilities include resolving data validation issues, tracking KPIs, driving continuous improvement, and delivering tailored solutions to clients and data partners.

What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality service for EDM-as-a-Service clients, ensuring data flows are robust, efficient, and aligned with client needs.
• Implement and maintain comprehensive data quality controls across diverse datasets, including instrument identifiers, security reference data, pricing, ESG, ratings, and corporate actions.
• Proactively resolve data validation failures through collaboration with clients, external partners, and internal specialists.
• Monitor service performance against KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Lead and support client-driven service changes, conducting regular reviews to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Participate in strategic internal projects to advance the EDM-as-a-Service platform and related offerings.

Who you are:

• 1-2 years' experience in financial data industry
• Operations experience with security reference/pricing data
• Developed/maintained data quality controls
• Analytical, problem-solving, prioritization skills
• Initiative and service improvement
• Client interaction experience
• Graduate calibre, finance or related field
• Experience with large datasets, MS Excel, communication skills
