Systems & Network Engineer – Limassol

VD Computerland Centre Ltd is one of Cyprus' largest IT service companies, operating since 1995 with offices in Limassol and Nicosia. We deliver end-to-end ICT, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Solutions to both private and public sector organizations across Cyprus and internationally.

We are now looking for a
Systems & Network Engineer
to join our IT Support Team in Limassol. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who already has hands-on experience and wants to further develop in both systems and networking, working on enterprise-level projects with career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to existing and new clients, both remotely and on-site
  • Maintain, monitor, and upgrade ICT infrastructures
  • Configure and administer IT infrastructures
  • Manage the networks (wired/wireless), firewalls, switches
  • Support IP telephony systems (3CX experience is an advantage)
  • Perform updates, patching, and security hardening of systems and networks
  • Provide 2nd-level support and ensure SLA compliance
  • Troubleshoot incidents and handle service requests effectively
  • Collaborate with vendors and external IT professionals for problem resolution
  • Deliver high-quality solutions within agreed deadlines

Requirements

  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven hands-on experience in systems and networking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise products
  • Good understanding of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Networking setup and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English (Russian is a plus)
  • Professional, reliable, and collaborative team player
