Recruitment Specialist

On behalf of a client, an established company offering professional services in Nicosia, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of senior positions within our organization. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.

Position's Duties and Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for each role.Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.Utilize various sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging online resources to build a robust talent pipeline.Act as a brand ambassador for the company, delivering a positive candidate experience and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.Manage relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to ensure a strong talent acquisition network.Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment initiatives to attract diverse candidates and promote inclusivity within the organization.Position's Requirements
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other related field.Master's degree or Professional Certification is a plus.Experience as a corporate recruiter or in-house talent acquisition professional, with experience on senior-level & functional & sales rolesExperience in recruiting within the corporate servicesExperience in recruiting across the multiple countries and regionsProficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technology to track and manage candidate pipelines.Demonstrated success in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
