Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of a leading, innovative, and award-winning architectural studio, is seeking to recruit a creative and experienced Architectural BIM Lead to join its professional team in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and delivering high-quality BIM models for architectural projects while driving workflow improvements and implementing BIM standards across all phases.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of BIM models across all project phases, ensuring coordination with consultants and clash-free integration
  • Managing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensuring all deliverables meet office and client standards
  • Overseeing the production of accurate, coordinated construction drawing packages (in Revit), and maintaining efficient libraries and templates
  • Ensuring model quality and alignment with design intent through rigorous quality control reviews
  • Developing, implementing, and enforcing BIM standards and protocols; training staff to ensure consistent skill levels across the team
  • Serving as the primary BIM liaison with consultants, facilitating model coordination and communicating technical information clearly across teams

Requirements

  • University degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on BIM and Revit-based project delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of construction documentation and architectural detailing
  • Proven expertise in BIM coordination with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong client and team relationships
  • Highly organised, with excellent time-management skills
  • Passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement in the design process
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of scripting (Dynamo, Python) and automation tools is an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek

Remuneration

An attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, based on qualifications and relevant experience, including:

  • Annual gross salary paid in 13 instalments, in the range of €25,000 - €30,000 (Candidates with 7+ years of relevant experience are eligible for the higher end of the salary range)
  • Annual performance-based bonus of 5% -10%
