We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in financial management, analytical thinking, and compliance, with a passion for supporting organizational success through precise and insightful accounting practices. As an Accountant at RALLITON, you will play a vital role in ensuring our financial health and integrity as we continue to grow and innovate.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

· Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

· Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic business objectives

· Monitor and report on company expenditures, cash flow, and financial risk

· Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

· Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits and tax filings

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best accounting practices

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and uphold the highest ethical standards

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Professional certification (ACCA) is an asset

· Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the technology or service sector

· Solid knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices

· Proficient with accounting software and MS Office Suite

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
