.Overall, Purpose
: To work as part of a dynamic team, providing bookkeeping, payroll, and other financial information services in a timely and accurate manner for the Group

The responsibilities will include, but not be limited t**

• o:Maintain proper and accurate accounting records to our accounting softwa
• reRecord supplier invoices & maintain payables ledger, including preparation of payments for approv
• alRecord clients' receipts and disbursemen
• tsInvolvement in the monthly closing of management accounts (prepayments, accruals, reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts, intercompany balances, accounts payables and accounts receivables) and performance of other necessary actions for supporting the Financial Controller in preparing the Consolidatio
• n.Preparation of monthly payro
• llPreparation and submission of relevant forms and payments to the Income Tax and Social Insurance offices, including Defense Tax and PA
• YEAssistance with the VAT and VIES preparati
• onAssisting in liaising with Auditors for the yearly audi
• tsInvolvement in the establishment & monitoring of internal policies / procedures in relation to matters affecting business operatio

• ss:An LCCI Higher in Accounting and / or a bachelor's degree in accounting and fina
• nceIT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point). Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advanta
