Role Overview:

As an Accountant at Serviden Enterprises Limited, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and supporting our strategic goals. You will be responsible for financial record keeping, reporting, compliance, and analysis. Your insights will help drive our investment decisions and ensure our operations run smoothly.

Key Duties/Responsibilities


•
Maintain books and records for a portfolio of companies of the Group


•
Deal with complex accounting transactions


•
Conduct internal or external audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.


•
Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.


•
Conduct financial research and analysis for specific projects or business decisions.


•
Ad hoc data analysis

Key Skills/Experience

·
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.

·
Trainee or Qualified ACCA/ACA is a plus.

·
Prior exposure to full Consolidation, PLs/ BS, and CF statements.

·
Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting/Audit is essential.

·
Deep understanding of the reporting of complex financial transactions, adjustments, and reclassifications.

· Strong Analytical skills, with the ability to prepare insightful analyses and produce a professional report.

· Good MS Office.

·
Knowledge of accounting systems (Esoft will be a plus).

·
Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages will be a plus (Ukrainian, Greek, and rus).

·
Good interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ideal candidate will be a person with 2+ years of experience in accounting/audit, company/service provider (Big 4 experience will be a plus), with expertise in preparing financial statements under IFRS, motivated, well-organised, capable of multitasking, and able to organise the work of others.
