INEX Group is an international real estate development and construction company delivering residential and commercial projects across Cyprus.

We're looking for an attentive and well-organized Office Administrator to join our new office in Paphos — someone who can keep multiple small tasks under control, maintain order in documentation, find solutions in non-standard situations, and has excellent Excel skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organize office and document workflows: registration, filing, reports, and forms.
  • Handle suppliers and contractors: requests, orders, invoices, reconciliations, and payments.
  • Manage office and household purchases.
  • Support internal communication and coordination of ongoing tasks.
  • Maintain Excel databases and reports.
  • Assist with company car fleet administration: registration, insurance, inspections, and service scheduling.

Requirements:

  • English level C1 or higher (spoken and written) — mandatory.
  • Russian language skills - as an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Excel and other office tools.
  • Background or understanding of financial processes (invoices, reconciliations, basic reporting).
  • Previous administrative or office experience.
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
