As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Manual QA Tester Team Lead to join our Web Development team. Your role at HFM:Lead ateam of manual testers in the development and execution of comprehensivetest plans and test cases to ensure that webapplications meet specified requirements and quality standards.Mentor and develop team members to ensure theirprofessional growth and success.Manage in -house testing documentation, write andcontinuously review test strategy.DefectIdentification and Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defectsusing bug tracking tools, collaborating with developers to resolve issuespromptly.Cross -Browserand Cross -Device Testing: Perform thorough testing across various browsers anddevices to ensure compatibility and a consistent user experience.UserInterface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Validation: Assess the usability andvisual aspects of web applications to ensure they align with designspecifications and provide an optimal user experience.AutomationKnowledge: Basic understanding of automated testing tools and frameworks.AgileMethodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.RequirementsEducationalBackground: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or arelated field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in manual testing of webapplications, with a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools,and processes, withat least 1 year in a team lead role.Experiencewith test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).Familiaritywith web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.AnalyticalSkills: Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical andproblem -solving abilities.Communication:Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability toarticulate complex issues clearly.TeamCollaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adaptto shifting priorities.Adaptability:Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.BenefitsHybrid Work Model (up to 2 days working from home).22 days of Annual Leave (reaching up to 30 days per year based on years' service)Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance (from day one)Friday afternoons off in Summer (July & August)Birthday LeaveGym Membership (Larnaca)Referral BonusPaid Time Off for Training & EducationReady to Kick Off an Exceptional Career?Join HFM and shape your future with a company that values growth, innovation and people.Sounds like you?
