Game Designer
на проект Cradle of Maya, который станет архитектором фич и систем, отвечающим за создание и развитие ключевых механик. В этой роли предстоит вести полный цикл работы над фичами – от идеи и проектирования до анализа метрик и улучшений. Основная задача позиции заключается в том, чтобы игра оставалась цельной и увлекательной для игроков, а внедряемые решения оказывали значимое влияние на продуктовые показатели и долгосрочное развитие проекта.

Какие задачи вам предстоит решать:

  • Разрабатывать и внедрять новые геймплейные системы и фичи.
  • Анализировать и улучшать существующие механики: проводить рефакторинг и доработку систем для повышения качества игрового опыта и продуктовых метрик.
  • Вести полный цикл разработки фичи: от идеи до внедрения с анализом результатов и разработкой улучшений.
  • Участвовать в формировании продуктового плана и стратегии развития проекта совместно с командой.
  • Работать в формате feature ownership: координировать задачи между отделами, обеспечивать результат на всех этапах.
  • Иметь возможность развиваться в направлении Sub-Lead Game Designer с расширением зоны ответственности.

Что для нас важно:

  • Опыт на позиции System Game Designer от 3-х лет.
  • Полный цикл Feature ownership: от идеи до внедрения с анализом результатов и разработкой улучшений.
  • Опыт создания крупных фич с примерами, где фичи реально улучшили метрики.
  • Опыт в казуальных проектах или midcore проектах (преимуществом будет опыт в match3).
  • Работа с аналитикой: умение строить гипотезы, проверять их, аргументировать цифрами.
  • Коммуникация и командная работа: есть опыт взаимодействия с арт/нарративом/продюсерами.
