Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Real Estate Sales Executive (Salesperson)
based in Paphos Municipality.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Handling sales inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Conducting property tours and presenting MITO's projects in the best light.
  • Negotiating sales contracts and securing deals.
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Using online and offline channels to find new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Staying updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
  • Ensuring all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    to understand client needs and present property features effectively.
  • Strong
    sales and negotiation skills
    with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Solid knowledge of the
    local real estate market
    , property values, and trends.
  • Strong
    customer service orientation
    , responsive and dedicated to client satisfaction.
  • Marketing skills
    to create compelling property listings and use online/offline channels effectively.
  • Ability to
    search for clients
    through social media, online platforms, and offline networking.
  • Strong
    networking ability
    within the real estate industry and local community.
  • High standards of
    ethical conduct
    and professionalism.
  • Strong
    problem-solving
    skills to handle challenges in real estate transactions.
  • Effective
    time management
    skills to balance multiple responsibilities.
  • A Real Estate License is preferable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate or a related field is a plus.
