Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction of a luxury private residence;
  • Lead international and local teams;
  • Coordinate contractors, resolve technical issues;
  • Develop/update schedules, budgets, and cash flow;
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering;
  • Experience in luxury residential construction;
  • Knowledge of design, construction, and quality control;
  • Experience with smart home, security, A/V systems;
  • MS Project proficiency;
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Управление проектом строительства частной элитной резиденции в Лимассоле;
  • Руководство международными проектными и местными строительными командами;
  • Координация работы подрядчиков и решение технических вопросов;
  • Разработка и актуализация графика работ, бюджета и кэш-флоу;
  • Обеспечение эффективного взаимодействия участников проекта.
Требования:
  • Диплом инженера-строителя;
  • Опыт проектирования и строительства элитной жилой недвижимости;
  • Знания в проектировании, управлении строительством и качеством строительных работ;
  • Опыт работы с инженерными системами (умный дом, безопасность, аудио/видео);
  • Навыки работы с подготовкой и ведением строительных бюджетов и графиков работ в MS Project;
  • Способность работать в стрессовых условиях в рамках сжатых сроков.
