 Job Overview:

The HR Officer plays a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the organization's human resources strategy. This role is responsible for handling full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct reference checks, prepare employment offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and agencies for recruitment and immigration services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct end-of-probation reviews in collaboration with departmental managers.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding processes.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with statutory payroll requirements.
  • Respond promptly to employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, update, and maintain employment-related documentation such as contracts, policies, and internal manuals.
  • Maintain confidential HR files and support internal and external audits.
  • Support performance management processes, including KPI setting and appraisals.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives with the Head of HR and departmental managers.
  • Partner with managers to support employee performance and career growth.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Support workforce planning, forecasting, and succession planning.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior HR Officer, HR Specialist, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS systems (BambooHR) and use of HR metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
