Position Summary:

The
HR Officer
will support all aspects of human resources operations, focusing on recruitment assistance, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. Working closely with the
Operations Manager
, this role plays a key part in fostering a positive company culture and ensuring smooth HR processes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process and coordination of candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with Cyprus employment law.
  • Plan, organize, and manage company events and employee engagement activities to strengthen team culture and morale.
  • Support the Operations Director with performance reviews, training coordination, and employee development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and internal policies.
  • Contribute to HR reporting, data collection, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role (industry experience not required).
  • Knowledge of Cyprus employment law and HR best practices is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with a strong sense of professionalism.
