On behalf of our client, we seek a Transfer Pricing Supervisor to lead TP compliance, strategy, and advisory for multinational clients

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with
    regulations.
  • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses.
  • Coordinate with finance and tax teams on intercompany pricing.
  • Monitor changes in transfer pricing laws and update practices accordingly.
  • Support audits and communicate with tax authorities when needed.
  • Train and guide junior staff on transfer pricing matters.
  • Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Law, ACCA, ACA, ADIT or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing within a consulting firm or industry
  • Strong understanding of Cypriot and international transfer pricing regulations
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/finance skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
