While the product designer ensures usability, and the engineers ensure feasibility, the product manager is responsible for ensuring the solution is both valuable and viable. This includes understanding business constraints from compliance, legal, sales, finance, and privacy standpoints, and having comprehensive knowledge of our users and partners, market trends, and competitive disadvantages.

About the Role:

As Product Manager, Spend card, you'll become integral part of Product team that is building unique offering in the global card issuing eco-system. You will have to balance revenue-effective business model with global compliance regulations, while aiming for the customer-obsessed UX and support. You will play a vital role in organizing an optimal setup, which includes reliable partners and providers, and tier-1 customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the product-market fit and generating and executing growth initiatives. This includes the responsibility to collaborate with others to achieve necessary results.

Your Role:

• Work side by side with Product Lead and Development team to implement the product strategy and vision to achieve sustainable growth and profitability of Spend.
• Work closely with Product Designers and Product Lead to create seamless, frictionless and compliant UX for Mercuryo's customers.
• Support the definition and maintenance of loyalty and benefits infrastructure for Spend card and its customers.
• Work on pricing and monetization models with the sales team.
• Explore new ways to ensure compliance while making the UI as seamless as possible.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working on tech products as a Product Manager, using sound judgment to assess risks and present well-structured, data-informed arguments.
  
• Experience leading the launch of a card product in EU.
• Track record in creating compelling user experiences and user interfaces.
• Clear vision and understanding of the finance and crypto industries.
• Strong technical and analytical skills to assess market trends, product performance, and user behaviour.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. 
• High-speed learning skill and a deep curiosity in crypto and finance.
• Experience with card schemes, card issuers, card acquirers and issuer processors; and respective legal and compliance frameworks around them.
• Leadership qualities to influence teams with data and logic, along with an adaptable mindset as an individual contributor to changing priorities and diverse teams and markets.
• You strongly believe that while problems are inevitable, they are also solvable.
