At PayDepot we build and scale several B2B & B2C fintech products that simplify digital payments and financial operations. We're growing fast and are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of one of our products, driving its measurable growth.

We have a beautiful office in Limassol, and if you're not in Cyprus yet, we'll help you and your family relocate comfortably.

What you'll do

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap in line with business OKRs
  • Prioritise features and initiatives based on impact, data, and customer insights
  • Lead a dedicated cross-functional product team that delivers high-quality product releases
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales & operations to ensure the right product-market fit, operational sustainability, and scalability
  • Analyse performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform decisions and ensure product delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech, banking or payments
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy from discovery to launch
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
