Product Manager
in Limassol.

The Product Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality products that meet both business goals and user needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to balance technical insight, business priorities, and customer experience.

This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, business intelligence, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth product delivery and effective lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, and prioritization to launch and post-release optimization.
• Translate business needs and strategic goals into clear product roadmaps, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align product initiatives with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions, ensuring prioritization reflects business value and technical feasibility.
• Partner with design and development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features.
• Manage dependencies and risks throughout the product lifecycle, proactively resolving blockers.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance product usability and performance.
• Ensure that all product releases adhere to internal governance, compliance, and security standards.

Requirements

• 2 – 5 years of experience in Product Management or related field, in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Advanced degree or relevant certification in Product Management
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to support product decisions and measure impact.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, balancing multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau or similar).
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Passionate about user experience, innovation, and product excellence
• Experience within the technology or iGaming sector will be regarded as a strong advantage
