We are seeking a talented and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing alcohol sales to event companies, ensuring a high level of customer service and achieving business goals.

Requirements

  • Higher education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in wholesale alcohol sales or a similar role of at least 2 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of the alcoholic beverage market and working with event companies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Professional proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with event companies.
  • Manage the sales process, including negotiations, contract agreements, and monitoring the fulfilment of terms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to optimise sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, reports, and presentations to key clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective order fulfilment and resolve any issues.
  • Participate in planning and implementing marketing promotions and campaigns.
